So Yoga with Deni!!! Moving Emphasis1 Whooo hooo - great one. A favorite pose in that on, CRANE!! Took a long time, but I LOVE that pose! Meditation - A hummingbird came to visit briefly afterwards. NICE.
Then around noon I took a little jaunt. I'd love to tell you how far I went, but I was going down the road when I saw that a neigh had recently carved a path through his field with a tractor. It was too tempting, I went for it. Ticks, tall grass scratching my legs, mole hills galore - I did it anyway... I have no idea how far it was only that it wasn't very far. It got very very hot on my way back, so I packed up and headed for the homestead.
Lovely warm day, I got my sunshine and my yoga. I'm a happy camper. Got a really crammed day full of stuff - so... Hope you all have a wonderful day!
